ISS receives Frost & Sullivan's Asia Pacific Best Practices Award second year in a row

ISS Asia Pacific Pte Ltd was recognised with the 2017 Frost & Sullivan Best Practices Award for its achievements in Facilities Management Competitive Strategy Innovation and Leadership.
Earlier October, Frost & Sullivan, rewarded ISS for its focus on technological innovation and strategy in delivering an optimal customer value, at an annual award ceremony in Singapore. 

Janice Wung, Industry Analyst Energy & Environment, Frost & Sullivan, said: 
 
“ISS’ focus on operational best practice implementation and capacity enhancement is paying off despite the challenging business environment. Initiatives such as proactive skill consolidation and IT adoption allow ISS to strategise solutions and enhance its value-driven service proposition in meeting customer demand.”
 
Frost & Sullivan analysts also highlighted the introduction of the first custom-built app in the FM industry as a turning point in ISS’ technological innovation, as well as the partnership between ISS and IBM, standing out for its strategic value built around the customer demands.

ISS Asia Pacific Pte Ltd has been a strong leader in implementing FM best practice strategies and in 2016 reached 90% customer retention and won new contracts with reputable brands.
